    Investigators are required to hold a Class 2E Security License. If you wish to verify our license, you can visit the NSW Government Public Register of Licenses and Queensland.

  • What is surveillance investigation?

    This is done from a car, static and undercover. Surveillance can be used to verify the legitimacy of an insurance claim and information in missing persons/desktop investigations.

  • I am concerned about my private and personal information.

    We comply with Commonwealth privacy laws when collecting personal or sensitive information.

  • How much information do you need to help?

    We will walk you through what information is required. Sometimes, clients do not have much information, but due to the extensive searches, we are often able to locate information on the individual.
